Manisha Bandyopadhyay

Manisha Bandyopadhyay is Director of Engineering Strategy at ComEd/Exelon, where she leads strategic investments to strengthen distribution system reliability, resilience, and clean energy integration for affordable power. She has held several leadership roles within and outside Exelon, guiding engineering teams focused on transmission and substation design and delivering top-tier technical solutions. Manisha holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and is a licensed Professional Engineer. A passionate advocate for STEM education, she constantly mentors young professionals and actively supports initiatives that empower girls in science and engineering. She also founded a resource group to support women returning to work after maternity leave—a community that has grown from just 5 to over 150 members.

Manisha joined Aahan driven by a vision to ensure education and a brighter future reach everyone—so that no one is left behind, especially those who are truly deserving. Her commitment is to uplift individuals, giving them the chance to realize their full potential and transform their own futures.
