Sriram Sitaraman, Director of Technical Services at Ryerson and a seasoned operations and quality executive with expertise in driving efficiency, productivity, and organizational transformation. With a strong background in Operations,/ lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management principles, he has delivered measurable service-level improvements across multiple roles. Recognized for optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and restructuring operations, Sriram has successfully led large-scale change initiatives and globally distributed teams. His areas of expertise include manufacturing, lean initiatives, compliance, auditing, and process engineering.

Sriram has served on different housing -condominium boards, inclusion and diversity councils and other non profit organizations. Committed to supporting education, health improvement and community development initiatives, he joined Aahan as the foundation’s mission and values resonate with his passion.
